Hello and welcome to Metro Chiropractic and Nutritional Wellness Centre. We appreciate the confidence you’ve placed in us as your health and wellness partners. Our website is provided to introduce you to our practice and your wellness journey.

 

Our goal is to not only alleviate your pain and restore your mobility, but also keep you moving and ensure your rehabilitation is effective, efficient, and stress-free. Dr. Elder’s mission is to find out what is causing the problem, not just cover up the pain. He utilizes computer aided structural engineering analysis and comprehensive graphic and tabular data to guide and direct his treatment protocols.

 

Please find our new patient forms that will introduce you and your health concerns to Dr. Elder. Complete these forms and return them to our front desk staff.

 

Upon arrival, you can check in at one of our convenient iPads with your health concerns. During your initial visit, we will collect your identification, new patient forms, and all insurance information. We will collect your copayment and/or deductible (if applicable) and any other charges that are not covered by your insurance plan. Our office staff will precertify your chiropractic coverage and advise you of those details.

 

Office hours are Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are closed from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Fridays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
